Herb butter

Ingredients
- 250g Rochefort salted butter, softened at room temperature
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Ground salt and pepper
Method
- Wash and finely chop the parsley and chives
- Peel the shallots and garlic and chop them really finely
- Put the softened Rochefort butter in a bowl and add the parsley, shallots and garlic
- Add pepper and mix until combined
- Season with salt to taste
- Keep in the fridge until ready to use
